Catalyst provides long range corporate or financial planning, due diligence, fieldwork and site visits, franchisee engagement, comprehensive partner programs, in-person presentations, and strategy sessions. Typically, project related or longer-term engagements require a dedicated Catalyst Insight Group executive to be assigned to work with the brand.


We provide ongoing support and/or outsourced functional leadership often in conjunction with special projects or longer engagements where advisory services or implementation support are needed across a range of issues.  Our retainers are typically 6 to 24 month commitments. Dedicated resources are assigned (such as outsourced C-suite executives or functional expert leaders.) Executives can be provided through temp to perm engagements.


For select clients, we engage using a hybrid compensation model that puts some fees at risk in exchange for stock, equity, revenue, or profit share. These engagements are typical when we are acting as an operating partner together with private equity on large-scale growth or turnaround engagements. Investment programs are usually negotiated after completing an initial project or engagement to fully align both parties toward long-term results.  Additionally, Catalyst Insight Group will co-invest with its private equity partners. 

Special Projects

Catalyst is also a tactical solution provider when short-term, tight scope of work, and fast turnaround (15 to 60 days) is critical. These projects often include market analysis, feasibility studies, mystery shops (non-field), site visits, second opinions, and targeted partner program creation.
